Fiscal sponsorship - REDEFINED
WHAT IS FISCAL SPONSORSHIP?
Fiscal sponsorship is a formal arrangement between a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and mission-aligned projects, which allows filmmakers to access a range of funding sources that are only available to nonprofits — e.g., tax-deductible donations, foundation grants, cash awards from public and private arts agencies. Some key features of our fiscal sponsorship program:
A variety of ways for donors to give — check, PayPal, QuickPay, Benevity and other workplace matching programs
Allows you to offer a tax-deduction incentive to your crowdfunding campaign donors.
FSF retains no rights/ownership of project.
FSF has no creative control over your project.
FSF is legally responsible for funds received on behalf of the project.
Approved usage of our logo in fundraising campaigns and marketing materials.
